Today my roommate/cousin Melissa and I decided to go out and shoot some photos since it had been so long since the weather had permitted us to do so. The rain drove us into the Prudential Center, where the Anime Boston convention is taking place this weekend.

At first I was really turned off by the number of exposed stomachs in the crowd— EVERYONE seemed to be wearing straight up lingerie…. but then I met Zoe, who was dressed as a character named Honey Lemon, and I loved her. I realized at that point that there were definitely some other insanely talented stylists/costume designers that also dig anime culture.
