Mack in Style is a fashionable lifestyle blog with a dual base in Boston and New York City.

Founded in August of 2011 by Mackenzie Newcomb, prior to Instagram and the rise of the social media influencer.  At the time, her idea of blogging was limited to Tumblr and Livejournal. What began as a passion project quickly escalated into a key component of Mackenzie’s identity.

Since 2013 our site has averaged one million unique viewers per year. We have a team of 5 staff writers, as well as regular photographers and seasonal interns. Our mission is to provide a destination for women who want to look cute while fighting the patriarchy. Our site covers fashion & travel from a femme, feminist perspective. We aim to feature socially conscious brands and encourage body diversity. You’ll never see us using the photoshop diet, nor buying followers on our social media accounts.

We want to thank our readers for 6 years of success. From freshman year of college, to engagements and baby bumps. Thank you for growing with us. Without you, there would be no Mack in Style.

Retired scene queen living in Astoria, New York with my boyfriend Ben. Accidentally started blogging in 2011, haven’t stopped since. Lover of Nutella, hater of white jeans after labor day.
