What If I told you that you could tackle 3 of this seasons hottest looks with just buying 3 articles of clothing. You’d probably do it, right? Over spring break my friend Kat wore high-rise white shorts and a white long-sleeved cropped top with a choker necklace and platform sandals. Although I technically had all those pieces in my wardrobe at the time, I never thought to put them together.
BUT it was fucking brilliant. Not only are co-ords hot this season (matching tops and bottoms), but white-on-white is always hot for warmer weather. Personally, I’ve struggled with finding a co-ords set, but just as we can fix our jumpsuit problem, we can fix the co-ord problem. White. on. white. Not to mention, its SO much easier to pull off the WOW look if there is minimal fabric involved. Bravo, Kat.
I told my younger sister yesterday that the key to having great style is to have a lot of basics in a variety of shapes and colors, and learn to style them flawlessly. I also purchased a pair of Rag & Bone flares last week that I’m excited to style. Buy these 3 pieces to have the best summer wardrobe (possibly at a fraction of the cost.)
White Crop Top
High-Rise Flares
The key to the caption is “high-rise”, please. I tried on 5 pairs of flares before I fell in love with Rag & Bone’s “Justine”. I didn’t want to spend a fortune, but you can’t help who you fall for. HERE are some more ways to wear flared jeans (via WWW)
High-Rise White Shorts.
Again, key is high-rise. Don’t go wearing low-rise white cutoffs with a cropped top and saying I suggested it, shit never happened.

Of course you probably have great pieces to go with everything I just suggested you purchase, but to give you an idea on how to make the outfit fit your personal style, here are some options… femme and edgy. *feat Rebecca Minkoff*
