Winter can be fun, as long as you’re kept busy shopping for spring. I know I’m not alone when I say I’m completely over chunky sweaters and flannels… bring on the sundresses.
Baby Pink Bags: This spring you’ll be seeing tons of pastels, neon won’t be as poppin. Baby pink is THE color of the season, mainly because of its ability to work as a neutral when necessary. This particular one is Balenciaga and totally out of my price-range, but there will be no shortage of baby pink bag options this season.
Alexis Bittar Rings: I’ve always been hot and cold as far with Alexis Bittar. On one hand I love some of her pieces (no pun intended,) other times I feel as though they are too plastic-y. Alexis Bittar’s rings, however, are nothing short of works of art. Must. Have.
Metallic + Boho: Sam Edelman can do very few things wrong. Their shoes are always true to size and rarely give blisters…. please show me another brand of shoes with that result. This spring scope out a Birkenstock alternative (in addition to the classic pair, of course.)
The “Leo” Clutch: Rebecca Minkoff’s “Leo” clutch is the best thing to happen to RM since the “Mini MAC.” The bag is priced at just $100 and serves as the perfect day-to-night clutch.
Heart Sunglasses: They may seem Coachella to you, but heart sunglasses are totally wearable. These ones are Wildfox (duh), and they rock.
House of Harlow 1960: Few days pass by where I’m not wearing something House of Harlow. Nicole Richie’s jewelry line has made a name for itself in contemporary fashion, and for years I have been converting friends.
Studded Flats: I can’t fully explain how badly I want studded Valentino flats without sounding a little crazy, but its a lot. Charlotte Russe perfectly replicates them.
Death Cab For Cutie: Death Cab is releasing an album this March. Personally, I haven’t been this excited since ever. They are also releasing tour dates, so far it looks like I am driving to Maine!
Mara Hoffman: I’m having a major Mara Hoffman moment right now. Her patterns are out of this world; and are the perfect combination of hippie and sophistication. If I could choose one designer to fill my spring closet: Mara Hoffman.
Moschino: Celebs have been obsessing over Moschino, I’m just here for the cell phone cases. While I would love to be able to pull off their Barbie Collection… or their fast food collection…. I just really want a phone case that looks like a Barbie phone.
