A surprising question I often hear friends and acquaintances is who they should be following on social media. Of course there are about a million account i’d like to recommend, but people usually freak when you go on a following spree. So, I figured I’d start you out with a few. See how you like it, and then we can always go back for seconds?

Many consider Milan-based Chiara Ferragni to be the most famous fashion blogger in the world. The 27 year old started her blog, The Blonde Salad, in 2009, and is expected to take in 8 million in revenue this year. She was listed in Forbes 30 under 30, and was the first blogger ever to have inspired a case study at Harvard. Chiara has eccentric style and loves bright colors and vintage t-shirts. She also has an accessory line, many of her pieces are sparkle and include cartoon graphics. More so than an Instagram model, Chiara is a fashion celebrity. Her sister Valentina is also involved in the fashion scene, absolutely worth a follow.

I’ve followed Jacey since shortly after her blog launched, and she is easily my favorite fashion blogger.An absolute firecracker on Snapchat + Instagram, she isn’t afraid to drop F bombs and complain about how snobby people are at the gym. The amount in which I promote her is borderline creepy, but I’ve been a fan for years. Her entire life seems simple, clean + classic, yet it’s pure Instagram inspiration. She also shares wonderful interior decor tips on her blog Damsel in Dior.

It seems as though Julie of Sincerely Jules is on some what of a world tour. Overtime I check my Insta, this chick is on a plane. This picture was taken on a recent trip to Morocco with Soludos, but she’s done promotions with countless big brands like American Eagle. Prepare for travel envy and a serious couple crush on her french boyfriend Kevin. Also– everyone is instantly obsessed with her Insta. Hair goals. Location goals. So many stinking goals.

Sisters of the Year
Aimee song is easily one of the most famous fashion bloggers in the world. Her blog, Song of Style, has over 3 million followers on Instagram. With sister Aimee’s massive fashion audience, Dani Song has managed to build a cool jewelry company called Anarchy Street. The love to coordinate outfits at fashion week, and are currently on a trip with Revolve Clothing together as part of their #revolvearoundtheworld movement. We love sisters here at Mack in Style, and we love matching outfits.

As far as photography goes; there is not a single blogger with better photos than Julia of Gal Meets Glam. Her husband is an incredible photographer and behind the lens of all her photos. Julia manages to live a pinked-out life without appearing too glitzy or (dare I say it) glammy. Girly without the frills, with photos that even the best fashion bloggers cannot compete with. Based in San Fransisco, you’ll be amazed at how picture perfect someone can put themselves together.

Man Repeller, Leandra’s creating, is a fresh of fresh air from post-your-outfits fashion blogs. Easily the most comical women in fashion editorial, Leandra makes you think– not just about fashion, but what it means to be a women. This is a website I visit daily, and although sometimes her jokes are beyond my realm of quirkiness, she offers an alternate perspective on the stylish world. Man Repeller’s insta is a relevant stream of inspiration beyond your imagination. I love her, can’t you tell?

Usually somewhere tropical, often in a bikini. Shea Marie of PeaceLoveShea is the creator of her own swim line, Same Swim. When she isn’t rolling in the sand, because her life is a beach, Shea is taking over Instagram. Shea + BFF Caroline Vreeland were the inspiration behind my #twinning article. Shea plays the sweet half that won’t eat fries even from In&Out, and Caroline the sultry side with more half-nudes on Insta than any of the Kardashians combined.

How was your 2015? Probably not as great as Danielle Bernstein’s. She’s 22 and completely taking over the blogging world. Her blog We Wore What is massively popular. She’s recently launched an interior and men’s section. Her style is a little edgy, her editing may come across a little questionable, but this girl made culottes cool & you can’t take that away from her.
